Abe’s Bagels are one of Australia and New Zealand’s best known bagel brands, stocked across cafes and all major supermarkets.

The challenges

With variability in their warehouse in Auckland, Abe’s Bagels was using a traditional agency to fill gaps in their roster with temporary staff to support peaks and cover absenteeism.
