Our desire to always find a “better way” has lead to Sidekicker operating across a number of different industries and offering a diverse suite of products to be able to meet our customers and workers needs.
Our Story
In 2012, Tom Amos left Deloitte with the simple idea of creating a tech solution that could connect someone looking for work with someone looking to hire.
Together with co-founder, Jacqui Bull, they created Sidekicker; a two-sided marketplace in Australia and New Zealand. A platform where businesses can access productive, reliable and qualified workers for temporary needs; and where workers have the option to control when, how and for whom they work.
Since then Sidekicker has expanded the locations and industries it operates in. Today Sidekicker employs over 20,000 Sidekicks and supports thousands of businesses every year.
It is an obsession with a better way which fuels Sidekicker's growth. A better way for businesses to hire, a better way for Sidekicks to get work and a better way for our platform to match businesses and workers together.
We operate in a number of cities with more to come!
