Home Page & Navigation

We wanted to make it easier for our customers to see what is most important at any given time. That is why we created a customer home page which was released late last year. We are pleased to announce some updates to this; you can now see your upcoming requests, what workers are working for you today and what actions you need to take. 

We also wanted to simplify our navigation, the new navigation is designed to make it easy for you to see all the available options in one glance. You’re one click away from all our great solutions. You will also notice that you now access your account settings by clicking on your name at the bottom of the navigation. 

Temp to Perm

At Sidekicker our vision is to enable customers and Sidekicks to reach their potential. Gaining permanent employment is a big part of this for workers and finding great staff allows businesses to reach their potential. We have made some small updates to make it clearer to customers that Sidekicker is a great way to do permanent recruitment without the prohibitive fees charged by traditional labour agencies. 

We now ask Sidekicks their work preferences, once we have enough data this will be shown on Sidekick profiles. 

Rating & Reviews 

Sidekicker is in the process of updating its matching engine with some exciting changes coming in early 2024. A big part of this is getting better rating and review data so we can make sure great Sidekicks are rewarded for strong performance. In an effort to lift the amount of rating and review data we receive we will now put this as a pop up when you click approve and pay.
