Can Sidekicker be a master vendor?

Yes! Sidekicker can be a master vendor and we would love to chat.

How long does it take to implement Sidekicker's multi agency offering?

From registration to go live we generally recommend 2-4 weeks. Most of the setup time involves staff training and engaging with your agencies.

How can Sidekicker offer a multi agency solution whilst also providing staff?

Our Multi Agency Platform (MAP) is separate from our staffing company. We let our customers decide whether to add Sidekicker's staffing business to their panel. There is no obligation too. If you choose to add Sidekicker to your panel, it is treated as every other agency in that tier. We want to provide businesses with as much control over how they engage with our products as possible.

Are these products independent?

Yes, you can use one or all of our products. If you choose our multi agency platform there is no obligation to also use our Sidekick workforce.

How does pricing work?

Sidekicker offers independent pricing on its products. Multi Agency and Casual Bank is a cost per shift whilst when hiring Sidekicks there is a service fee which is typically 30% lower than traditional agencies.
