Fixed term jobs are an excellent option when you need the same casual staff for an extended period, such as three months. Using fixed term jobs, you can hire the same casual staff week after week, with their weekly timesheet automatically rolling over to the new week.
In the coming weeks, we will be enhancing our fixed term jobs - feature to make the process more streamlined. Here are the upcoming improvements to the feature.
Automatic timesheet rollovers
You will no longer need to manually rollover requests to the new pay week. Our platform will automatically handle this for you every Thursday at 5pm until the 'auto roll over' is turned off.
This ensures seamless operations onsite, as staff will always know they are expected at work, and have an active timesheet for the new pay week.
Refined email notifications
We send email updates to job posters when the new week’s timesheet is created or if there are any issues with the rollover. This ensures you are always kept up to date with your assignments.
Increased transparency on errors
There may be instances when one or more staff members cannot be rolled over to the new pay week due to a missing certificate, or other changes in staff conditions.
To increase transparency and help you resolve these issues before the new pay week begins, we will display error messages in our email updates and on the platform, providing detailed information on why the error occurred.
