Samphire Catering is one of Perth’s premiere catering companies born out of a demand for upmarket menu creations by noteworthy chef, Stephen Hitchings.
Given the seasonal peaks of the events industry, Samphire Catering has an increased need for staff in the November/December Christmas period, as well as the March/April Easter holiday period.
